The 4th of July is this weekend, we are a little late in the game, but we’re excited to share a short video tutorial for a painted fireworks craft for kids. This little video has been a long time coming! My 7 year old, Lila is possibly THE CRAFTING QUEEN. Girl just about drives me nuts with her supercharged creativity! She has wanted to make an appearance on the blog for a very long time and rather than put it off any longer until we have just the right project, just the right camera, just the right lighting, backdrop and background noise-we just jumped in full throttle. We did this in ONE shot; partly because she totally nailed it and partly because we only had enough straws and time for one shot-ha! She “wrote” her own script, drew her own sign, and worked her crafting magic! We sure hope you like this debut video of “Crafting with Lila.” She is beyond thrilled to be a guest on the blog ;).
